                        American Indian Field

*Update on Campbell's labels and cancelled stamps - The American Indians Field still uses these
items, but there are some thing you should know. They only need for you to cut out the rectangle
that is around the UPC code on the Campbell's items, and not save the front of the labels as we
have in the past. Also, there is no need to save the common cancelled stamps, such as flags and
liberty bells. Please save on unusual stamps and mail the items to Debbie Cartwright, 14202 N.
73rd Avenue, Peoria, Arizona, 85381. Thanks for your contribution to the ministry!

American Indian Field
-Steve and Debbie Cartwright were in Ohio for 18 days in April and May raising support. WGM has
asked them to extend their term one more year because of Steve's involvement in their building
program. They want to extend because this will be Jennifer's senior year in high school. Their
ministry account has remained at risk for most of the last two years.
- Virginia Detillion will return from HMA (Home Ministry Assignment) in late July after the camp
season on the AIF. Her ministry account was at risk for most of the last year, and currently stands
at $183.
_Steve and Lori Baldwin has a healthy ministry account, and their ministry on the AIf and the
church that Steve Cartwright pastors continues to grow.

Bolivia
-Mike and Donna Brown are again involved in helping victims of a 2008 flood which is worse than
the 2007 flood.
- Dan and Peggy Zimmerman have a work team coming to Cochabamba in early June and need
our prayers for their son-in-law, now in Kuwait, and a very important unspoken request.
- Political unrest continues due to constitutional change implemented by President Morales that
has led to a referendum in Santa Cruz to establish a type of statehood within Bolivia.

El Salvador
-David and Debbie Hawk have now celebrated the first anniversary of the Christian Family Center
in Jucuapa. They are counseling with several families with martial problems from poor choices
mad prior to their conversions. A decision must soon be made concerning the building they are
renting. Rent is being raised $200 per month. Plans for the medical clinic need to be redrawn by
an architect in El Salvador. No date for groundbreaking has been set. They are exploring the
possibility of planting a church in San Miguel, a city of 350,000, less than an hour away. The
Daybreak Church has a work team scheduled for El Salvador in late September.

Honduras
-Terry and Colleen Hawk returned to Marion, Indiana, in April to begin HMA.
- Donna Leasure, the mother of Rhonda Harmless, passed away on May 9. Kent and Rhonda have
been in the U.S. for a few weeks.
-Tim Spetnagel was financially at risk, but now has an improved account because of undesignated
faith promise funds directed to him in May.
- Time Hawk will meet with the General Board of Trustees on June 9 about a new involvement with
AMSLA to provide pastors for Hispanic churches in the U.S. such as the Laredo CCCU.
-Jared and Christina Moyer are now traveling in HMA for their ministry in Honduras.
